BIRTHDAY PARTY POLICY
- Package will be for duration of 2 hours. Any additional hour will be charged AED 500 more per hour
(subject to availability). - 50% of the package amount must be paid upfront 14 days prior to the party date.
- Payments are non-refundable but transferable to another date within 30days.
- Remaining 50% must be paid 2 days before the party.
- Reservation must be made 2 weeks in advance prior to the party date.
- Time duration allotted for each party is only 2 hours.
- Adults are not included in party kids meal but can be arranged upon request for separate charges.
- Birthday celebrant will be free.
- External catering is not permitted without prior consent from the management.
- Company shall not be responsible for any loss items.
- Possible to change booking date duration of 30 days only.
- All cancellation must be notified 30 days prior to the party date.
- Children must be supervised all the time and must not be left unattended.
- Additional kids will be charged AED 50 each for standard and AED 80 for theme and royal.
- Anything from outside will be charged.
ARTS AND CRAFTS POLICY
- Keep food and drinks out of the art area.
- No one must go outside without attendant’s permission.
- Any sharp objects are prohibited inside art zone unless accompanied by adult 18 yrs old and above or by Lala Land attendant.
- Children under 5 years old must be accompanied by parents or any responsible adult.
ROLES & INSTRUCTIONS FOR SOFT PLAY
- Entry is limited to children less than 1.2 meters tall and aged between 2 and 10 years old.
- Shoes must be removed at the entrance.
- Children ( age 4 and below ) entering LaLa Land remain the responsibility of their parents or guardians at all times.
- The management of LaLa Land accept no responsibility for accident or loss to any person or property whilst on the premises of LaLa Land .
- All sharp objects, watches, or pins, belt buckles, or any hard object likely to cause harm to the children or the equipment whilst they play, must be removed.
- All neck ties, scarves or similar should be removed, and it is also advisable to remove spectacles, contact lenses whenever possible.
- No food or drink, sweets or chewing gum are allowed to be taken inside the soft play area.
- No violent selfish or spiteful behavior will be accepted, and vandals or uncontrollable children will be removed from the area.
- No pets will be allowed.
- Management’s decision is final in all cases.
- Supervised games and activities may be held but child care services are not provided.
- No drop offs. Do not leave your child unattended. We do not provide daycare.
- We do not provide restrooms for customers. There are mall restrooms with changing tables for your use opposite LaLa Land. All guests/minors must be accompanied by parent to go t the restrooms. You will be allowed to come back and continue playing in the play area.
- After 10 minutes overstay, additional charges will be incurred accordingly .
